The Process

From Captured Carbon to Finished Fibre

CarbonYarn™ converts industrial CO₂ into a premium, carbon-negative textile fibre through a closed, three-stage process, replacing trees and oil as feedstock without compromising on quality.

Stage 01

Capture

Industrial CO₂ from a host site is captured and concentrated, running on low-grade waste heat to keep the energy footprint minimal.

02
Stage 02

Conversion

Captured CO₂ is converted directly into cellulose through a proprietary, closed process operating at near-ambient temperature and pressure.

Stage 03

Spinning

The cellulose is spun into continuous, textile-grade fibre and wound onto spools, a carbon-negative yarn engineered to drop into existing textile supply chains.

Three stages, one continuous system. See it run.
