This website is operated by CarbonYarn, a DRG Group of Companies venture based in Lahore, Pakistan. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean CarbonYarn. You can reach us at partnerships@carbonyarn.co for general matters or investors@carbonyarn.co for investor matters.

We collect what you choose to send us, plus a small amount of technical information needed to run and protect the site.

• Contact form: your name, your email address, an optional inquiry category, and your message.
• Pitch deck request form: your name, your email address, your organization, your investor type, and an optional message.
• Technical information: when you submit a form, our bot verification provider and our hosting provider process technical data such as your IP address and browser details. This keeps the site secure and stops automated abuse.

We do not ask for payment details, government identification or other sensitive information through this site. Please do not include any in your message.

• To read and respond to your message.
• To send you the pitch deck you requested.
• To keep a record of our correspondence and business relationship with you.
• To protect the site against spam, abuse and security threats.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

As of the date above, this site does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels. Our bot verification service, Cloudflare Turnstile, may store or read a small amount of data in your browser, solely to tell people apart from automated software.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process information on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service.

• Supabase: the database where form submissions are stored, hosted in Tokyo, Japan.
• Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
• Cloudflare: Turnstile bot verification on our forms.
• Resend: delivers the internal notification email we receive when you submit a form.
• Zoho Mail: our email provider, where those notifications and our replies are handled.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the security of the site.

CarbonYarn is based in Pakistan, and our service providers operate in several countries, including Japan and the United States. When you submit a form, your information is transferred to and processed in those countries.

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain a record of our relationship with you. We delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask us to.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our database, and bot protection on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to withdraw consent you have given.

To make a request, email partnerships@carbonyarn.co (or investors@carbonyarn.co if you contacted us as an investor) from the address you used on the form. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within any period the law requires. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
